In 2018, Hong Kong's Heaven International Holdings Group acquired the Bracciano Thermal Spa Resort in Rome from the internationally renowned British asset management company Schroders, aiming to develop the resort into a world-class spa destination.

The Bracciano Thermal Spa Resort covers an area of over 10 square kilometers, located in the province of Rome in the Lazio region of Italy, just 40 kilometers from the center of Rome. It boasts a pristine lake surface of 58 square kilometers and is situated on the picturesque shores of the natural volcanic Lake Bracciano.

A long and profound history

 

The resort has a long history, dating back to the Roman Empire when it belonged to the private estate of Emperor Marcus Aurelius. In the Middle Ages, it belonged to Pope Julius III of the Vatican. From ancient times to the present day, it has been a famous lakeside spa resort in Italy.

Rare relics, witnessing history

 

The resort also boasts prehistoric thermal spa relics protected as national cultural heritage. In the tenth century, when the church was organizing the spa, many gold coins, silver coins, gold and silver objects were unearthed.
