Chairman's address
During my travels in Japan many years ago, I visited the renowned Noboribetsu Onsen in Hokkaido. While there, in the early spring chill, sitting beneath cherry blossoms, holding a cup of light sake, half-reclined in a hot spring bath scattered with falling petals, I exclaimed, “Wouldn't it be wonderful to bring this hot spring back to Chongqing!” It only took us two years to realize that dream, but building and refining our hot spring brand may take us decades.
When we acquired our first hot spring, we named it "Tianshi" (Heaven's Gift), expressing our gratitude for nature's bounty. Looking back on the development of our hot spring business over the years, the concept of harmony between humanity and nature has always guided our progress.
We may not be able to create nature, but we can transform and integrate with it. We at Tianshi will continue to uphold our business philosophy of "attention to detail and pursuit of excellence," creating a relaxing and therapeutic haven for people of all walks of life in Chongqing and beyond.
