Tiangci Jinjian Mountain Hot Spring Resort
Tiansci Jinjianshan Hot Spring Resort is located in Bishan District, Chongqing, about 50 minutes' drive from Chongqing's main urban area and 0.5 kilometers from the center of Bishan District. The resort covers a total planned area of approximately 1000 mu (approximately 66.7 hectares) with a total construction area of approximately 900,000 square meters. Planned facilities include hot springs, an international five-star hotel, a commercial street, villas, garden houses, high-rise residential buildings, schools, and kindergartens. Backed by the Jinjianshan mountain range with high forest coverage and abundant negative ions, and utilizing hot spring resources, the resort boasts a landscape of "beautiful water, spiritual land, and clear mountains." It is a comprehensive hot spring resort project integrating high-end residential areas, geothermal hot springs, leisure tourism, and hotel accommodation, becoming a new regional landmark.
The first and second phases of the Tiansci Jinjianshan Hot Spring Resort have been completed. The Tiansci Huatang Forest Hot Spring Resort Hotel and health hot springs, built to international five-star standards, are now in operation. The resort is currently developing its third phase – Tiansci Hot Spring Town. The town covers a planned area of approximately 29,000 square meters with a total planned construction area of approximately 36,000 square meters and 491 planned parking spaces. The town is positioned to become a regionally influential experiential themed commercial street based on hot spring tourism, integrating dining, leisure, sightseeing, entertainment, and vacation experiences.
